William T. Young Library​

William T. Young Library has been serving the community of Lexington since April 3, 1998 when it was opened to the public. Located on the University of Kentucky's campus on Hilltop Avenue it seats over 4,000 patrons regularly in its enormous structure of 365,000 square feet. Housing over 1.2 volumes this library offers a plethora of knowledge through its various resource centers including a writing center, a computer lab, and printing and copying center.
